Implemented platform solutions that resulted in healthcare providers utilizing Vendormate in their ongoing business operations. This included but was not limited to understanding clients’ vendor management processes, guiding integration of platform solutions with clients’ current policies and procedures, delivering training to clients’ end users, and building capacity internally to improve the overall implementation process.

Managed a portfolio of 45 health system accounts, focusing on best practices for vendor credentialing. Responsibilities included ensuring contract renewals for accounts in portfolio, presenting product demonstrations and education sessions, providing excellent customer service, and working with sales team to identify existing accounts that would be good candidates for new product offerings.
