Citymobil was a small Uber-like company in Moscow. Mail.Ru Group and Megafon invested in it to create the number one player in Russia and the CIS market; Sberbank joined this venture year later. My role is product operations management. My achievements during the first year: • IT and product teams (about 50 persons total) have been formed. • Cost per ride became 50% of the original plan. • Cohort retention has increased by 10-30% while the average monthly number of rides per active rider has increased by 20%. • Call center costs have risen by only 30% in contrast to the number of trips, which has multiplied 13 times. The company's main KPI is the number of rides per month and its growth (X13) outpaced the planned growth by a factor of two, while not exceeding original budget limits.

ICQ is world famous internet instant messenger product and company with HQ based in Tel-Aviv, Israel. It was acquired by Mail.Ru Group in summer 2010 and I was hired to transform ICQ from independent company to integrated subdivision of Mail.Ru. In parallel our mission was to re-launch ICQ product, to go from PC to mobile and smartphones.

Media World ("Media Mir" in Russian) is the subdivision of RosBusinessConsulting holding which operates group of entertainment Internet projects such as multi-protocol internet messenger QIP, dating site loveplanet.ru, youtube clone smotri.com and many others. I was fully responsible for QIP, free webmail system pochta.ru and traffic exchange system readme.ru. At the same time I managed Media World technical team. We started from about 20 people at the beginning of 2006 and had about 150 in HQ and 6 new branches before financial crisis in august 2008.
