Reporting directly to the President, I am responsible sales, customers, products, marketing, execution of strategy, employees, gross profit and operating income within the region.

Reporting directly to the Segment Vice President for Stormwater Products my responsibilities include driving business results, delivering results through people, ownership of the P&L, ensuring market-driven direction, guiding product fit and function and managing multple priorities.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Develop and Senior Management Team Leader - responsible for the strategic aspects of the company’s sales and marketing which included: new product launches with sales team, rep management, Marcom, and business development.In addition, provided senior engineering project management, design and application of stormwater products.

Provided evaluation and design of proprietary stormwater anagement structures for site civil/land development engineers. Used various software applications for hydrologic and hydraulic analysis to assist with product design. Demonstrated success by developing relationships with internal and external customers, providing timely follow up, influencing project specifications that resulted in xceeding sales commitments.

Performed engineering oversight and construction quality assurance for several Brownfield remediation projects that included source material remediation, ditch restoration and isolation, wetlands mitigation, capping of historic fill areas, and DNAPL recovery well installation. Prepared reports according to various regulatory standards (e.g., New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) 7:26E). Additionally, performed stormwater modeling, contractor procurement, pump test data analysis, and other environmental engineering related tasks.
