Managing dependencies on other teams or third partiesNegotiating the delivery of support fixes with the Product Owner and Support EngineerMaintaining the Risk RegisterQuality Plan implementationCommunicating requirements to team & providing clarification escalating to the Product Owner as neededChange management

Responsibilities: • Coordination and delivery of releases with different type and complexity; handling multiple concurrent project releases with autonomy.• Maintaining all project schedules (feature, maintenance and patch releases) and conducting status meetings as needed with project teams.• Driving the development process via schedule execution to ship a release according to plan.• Facilitating superior communications, coordination, and correspondence between stakeholders across the Engineering, Product, Development and Operations organizations.• Jeopardy process facilitation, risk assessment, management and mitigation.• Driving communication and negotiation during key learning sessions; quality improvement plans development based on key learning findings. • Supporting and improving project specific procedures and guidelines. • Following company’s quality framework based on ISO 9001 and TL 9000 requirements. • Conducting self-audits to ensure product quality; being served as the point of contact for internal and external ISO audits.

Responsibilities:- Project staffing - Team leading and coordination - Managing a wide range of projects (business web applications, mobile applications (iOS, Android platforms), games) on all stages - Creating of pitches and proposals for projects, competing for projects - Responsible for costing and estimating projects. - Project prototyping (creating Functional requirements specifications, wireframes, supporting technical documentation) - Project planning and development resources assignment - Tracking activities against the detailed project plans - Updating project plans to include agreed changes – Communication with clients on all project stages - Creating of project reporting and analysis
