As the Founder and CEO of Fimetech, I’ve grown a consulting company recognized for its expertise in compiler development and AI systems, while fostering a strong company culture that values collaboration, learning, and personal growth.As Co-founder and CEO of Chessify, I’ve worked with a talented team to develop AI-powered tools that revolutionize the chess experience for players of all levels. Scaling this platform has taught me the importance of aligning team growth with strategic goals and empowering people to take ownership of their work.My technical journey began with hands-on development in EDA, where I contributed to tools for FPGA optimization, placement and routing, and technology mapping. Over the years, I’ve bridged my technical expertise with leadership roles, enabling me to build and grow teams that deliver high-impact solutions while navigating complex challenges.Beyond my ventures, I contribute to Armenia’s tech ecosystem as a Board Member at YerevaNN and UATE.
