Managed the team of 16 developers, designers and QAAt ArbitrageScanner I was responsible for the most part of managing the development and product growth of Arbitrage and Sentiment products. My duties included stakeholder management, system analysis, writing feature descriptions, product growth and analysis as well as managing every stage of the development process.I've started out with creating a project pipeline and establishing Agile ceremonies. I took the responsibility for imporving and maintaining the most crucial, tech-heavy and complicated product of the company. Over the year I've achieved stabilizing previously raw service to a great product, launched the most loved and demanded services within the userbase, and established the data-driven approach to decision makingAlso I am not afraid to work in the field sometimes, since occasionally I was participating in QA processes, created internal software and helped the non-IT teams with technical tasks.One of the highlights of my experience in ArbitrageScanner was the Blockchain Life Startup Pitch, where I represented the company.
