I have worked for over 25 years in small private enterprises (50 M or less) assisting entrepreneurs in seeing and achieving their vision. During this time, I worked with the full spectrum of entrepreneurial profiles from the flamboyant non accountants to pragmatic quantitative owners guiding them through a variety of challenges including:organic growth, acquisitions, optimization, contraction, re-structuring, extra-ordinary write downs, transfer pricing issues US, Export traffic management , establishing and operating US sales and distribution, building good teams, selection and installation of IT, developing Strategic plans and executing them. To add to the excitement, the majority of companies were heavily levered with financing from multiple lenders and classes of shareholders. I have made a career out of maintaining relationships between business owners’, their financiers, auditors and staff. Moreover, in difficult times I find middle ground between these groups, keep the ship moving forward, on course and into the black.
