Work under the leadership and vision of the ECD, taking ownership of projects and accounts for the day-to-day deliverables. Provide direction to creative team with clear and objective critiques improving the creative process and product. Create concepts and execute design solutions for clients from visualization to execution, successfully communicating messages and creating identity. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. At times present concepts to clients, articulate creative concepts and explain rationale. Work with key production leads and project managers, producers, and design teams to ensure the work is executed in a consistent and world-class manner.

Formulate concepts and assist in leading creative team to executing design for communication pieces such as logo design, brand identity, print materials and web development. Collaborate with creative director and account executives to ensure strategy and client goals are achieved. Direct and guide photography and video production shoots as well as develop and maintain vendor relationships.

Accountable for overseeing designers and freelancers, serving as the creative contact at client meetings, and handling the design and management of client accounts in regards to scheduling, quoting, budget, production, and quality control.

Responsible for managing accounts from concept to delivery. Interacted directly with clients on an individual project basis.
