CurrentI joined Tikit as part of its original Board of Directors in early 1995 to set-up and run the business and implementation consultancy services team. Since that time, Tikit has grown from the original team of four to be a 200+ organisation focusing on IT solutions for law firms and professional services organisations. Tikit was successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2001 at a value of approximately £11M and by the end of March 2012 Tikit's market cap reached £50M for the first time. Tikit became part of British Telecom in January 2013 in a deal valuing Tikit at £62.4M.Tikit has 4 offices in the UK as well as offices in Paris, Madrid and Montreal servicing over 1300 firms worldwide with over 850 in the UK, 80 in continental Europe and 350 in North America.Some of the implementation projects undertaken by my team are:• Over 180 implementations of document management systems at a wide variety of firms ranging from 30 users to over 4000 users. Products included HP/Autonomy iManage and Opentext DM (PCDocs).• Over 100 implementations of client relationship management systems including LexisNexis InterAction, Tikit Connect and Tikit eMarketing.• Over 40 implementations of knowledge management systems ranging from Tikit’s own bespoke solutions to HP/Autonomy IUS.• Document productivity and template management systems including some of the largest international law firms.• The implementation of over 50 time recording systems based on Tikit’s Carpe Diem system (and the support for over 200 implementations worldwide).• Integration with over 20 legal practice management systems.Additionally, I have acted as interim IT Director for a number of law firms, run product evaluation and selection processes and provided strategic and technical consultancy to Partner Boards.I continue to run the Professional Services Division for Tikit’s top 200 EMEA clients including business consultancy, implementation consultancy and the support teams.
