Imagine a scenario where a single powerful entity could erase all of history with a single keystroke. This is the opposite of Web3. Many people are familiar with Bitcoin, which uses a decentralized network of nodes to prevent the consolidation of power in finance and money. These techniques create a trustless environment where individuals can use empirical verification to scientifically confirm the proper accounting and operation of the medium of exchange. Work on Web3 is sometimes called the expansion of the trustless circle. For these reasons, the motto of Bitcoin and Web3 is "don't trust, verify" or "Vires in Numeris," which means "strength in numbers" and nods to the empiricism inherent in mathematics. PeepLine aims to create a node-based decentralized communications network using a fork of Signal to enable people to disrupt the consolidation of power in social media through what we call personal media. This would move individualist liberalism and inalienable rights from abstract concepts in documents to operative principles in the code we use to share our lives and interact with each other.

After meeting with Ravi Iyengar of Cointerra, I used investment capital to build an ASIC data center for mining bitcoin. Prior to this, I ran a smaller data center with delayed BFL units, which funded a major part of the larger data center. When the price of bitcoin drops, I funnel my earnings through an arbitrage system that takes advantage of price differences between various exchanges while providing price discovery and balance to the market.
