CurrentAs the CTO at Skyers Motors, I oversee all technical aspects of the company, providing end-to-end software services. My work spans across multiple stacks, including JavaScript (Node.js), Go with Kafka and Spark for data pipelines, and .NET for desktop or imbedded projects. I am also highly experienced in cloud architecture and have successfully deployed solutions on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.In my role, I have driven key initiatives such as leading the transition to a microservices architecture, improving system scalability and flexibility. I have also been responsible for establishing DevOps pipelines in Kubernetes and Serverless environments, ensuring smooth and efficient CI/CD processes. I have collaborated with many companies such as Philips, GoTrg, Cymbio and Yad2, delivering tailored software solutions that meet their specific needs.My leadership experience extends to managing global project teams, where I have guided the development and architecture of modern systems that leverage cloud computing, IoT, and data pipeline technologies.Key Projects:Led the migration of a monolithic system to a scalable, serverless backend architecture on AWS. This involved establishing new development practices, setting up a monorepo structure, and creating a custom CLI for developer tools, streamlining workflows.Developed an IoT-based system to monitor fertilizer levels on farms, delivering real-time data dashboards for each fertilizer tank, improving resource management and efficiency.Provided consultancy to a startup, guiding the transition to modern data pipelines. Designed and implemented a data lake solution using Databricks, Amazon S3, and AWS Step Functions to enhance ETL processes and improve data reliability.
