Lead two COEs cumalatively responsible for below deliverables across all platforms:1. ADAS (computer vision and Radars)2. Body Electronics ECUs (Body Control Modules, Rain Light Sensor, Tire Pressure Monitoring, Power Seats, Sunroof Controller, Power Window Controllers, etc)3. Park Electronics (Semi-autonomous Parking systems, 360 deg camera, Front Park system, Rear park systems)4. Security Electronics ECUs ( Passive Entry Passive Exit, Immobiliizer)5. Airbag Electronics6. In-vehicle networks for all ECUs7. On-board diagnostics for all ECUs (Bootloader and UDS stack implementation )8. Off-board diagnostics for all ECUs (work shop solultions and Plant EOL operations)9. Error Detection and Reaction Calibration in EMS ECU I am also responsible for product management of the suit of products ( windows and Android based) we have in our diagnostic portfolio which are deployed across our service network globally.As COE lead, I am responsible for conceptializing, getting senior managment buy-in and delivering on COE technology and cost saving roadmap and securing budgets and executing projects to deliver on the roadmap.I lead a team of about 50 engineers, and COE lead I am responsible for manpower (full-time and contract) projection, talent management for the COE. I am deeply passionate about people development and I really enjoy the aspect of my job which involves career path planning and grooming of team members to take up higher responsibilities.

Responsible for conecptualizing and executing go to market strategy for ISO26262 related products and service offerings

Key KRA – Ensuring the device BOM cost within the given target and achieving the Time to Market deadline• Complete product responsibility• Understanding Market specifications and generating product specification and product roadmap• Lead a 20 (peak strength 20) member cross functional team • Responsible for ensuring collaboration and synergy between cross functional teams (Software, Hardware, Mechanical Design certification etc.)• Work with the managers of different functional teams within the program to create and baseline (signoff) a plan containing scope, schedule, budget, etc. for the program • Track overall program progress and act as a single point of contact for the senior management (program steering comprised of my organization's president and customer organization's board member) for all issues related to the program• Preparing project quote after consulting/debating with project managers of different functional teams about capital expenditure, cash flow etc.• Interacting with suppliers over the course of the product development process (right from initial prototype development till pre-series production)

Key KRAs : Sales Revenue and Custome Satisfaction Rating• Responsible for Sales of ETAS's products ( Automotive ECU development tools and solutions) to the market segment comprising of Tier-1 suppliers and Service Providers• Prepare presentations, quotations, and provide requested information to customers and prospects. Conduct presentations and negotiations with customers.• Work closely with marketing and product line managers to develop sales strategies based on account profiles and understanding of customer needs.• Work closely with colleagues from the service and engineering departments to ensure that customer service functions are performed at exemplary levels.• Drive regional marketing activities (campaigns, customer information events, roadshows, demos, local flyers, etc.) • Manage Sales pipeline in a SAP based CRM Tool
