Recruited to manage Fast Track-Design-Build projects with multiple buildings ranging in size from 45K sq ft. to 150K sq. ft. from schematic design through permits, through Construction Administration (e.g., RFIs, RFPs and change orders). Oversaw five $5M+projects simultaneously across the US. Negotiated design program changes and coordinated change execution with contractors and consultants resulting in a significant decrease in costs. Created construction documentation including interior design, finishes, specifications, hardware and mill-work which minimized errors and allowed the projects to finish on time.

Oakland and San Leandro, Where this business, started off as a hobby became successful by word of mouth return business in the community providing excellent service and technological information, with changing markets reflected by technology advancements and demand. Went from selling and repairing, pagers back in 1995, this buy, sell trade business, impacted the community in a positive direction in the heart of the Fruitvale District. The business was sold in 2000 and has remained profitable and operational to this day!
