Begin processes of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Child Care, Financial Aid, and other services provided by Workforce Solutions. Assists individuals in using resources such as computers, office equipment, Work in Texas website, and employment applications. Gives advice on resumes, cover letters, application completion, and computer resources. Multitasks between needy customers, facilitating clients, answering phones, and giving information of services provided. Exports wait-list data at the end of the day.

Sold clothing, jewelry, antiques, books, and furniture. Processed cash, credit, and lay-away transactions with QuickBooks Point of Sale. Handled clothing vouchers distributed by the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston for those in need of assistance. Loaded furniture onto trucks and vans.
