I am Gourab, an IT professional with over 8+ years of progressive experience. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of roles, including IT Coordinator, IT Expert, and Supervisor. I approach technical challenges with a focused and creative mindset, making me highly effective at problem-solving and decision-making. I provide detailed technical and operational direction for project challenges, consistently meeting deliverables according to deadlines.Before working at F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited, I worked as a Technical Support Representative for English Bazar Municipality (EBM) from October 2014 to April 2016. In this position, I was associated with the government as an IT support engineer and provided server software-related services for IECT as a representative. I resolved a diverse range of technical issues across multiple systems.Before that, I worked as a Telecom Sales Representative for Vodafone Idea Limited (VI) from April 2013 to August 2014. In this role, I increased extra profits by 10% by generating and maintaining relationships with 50+ accounts and effectively selling new products. Before that, I worked as a Telecom Sales Representative for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) from March 2011 to February 2013.I graduated from the University of Gour Banga (G.B.U) in Malda, India, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in June 2013. I also have a BCA from SMU in Malda, India.
