The KidzIt is an App guiding to-be mothers and fathers and helping them connect with their babies. The purpose of the user tests were to evaluate the services and functioning of the App with real-time users, identify their problems, understand the positive and negative aspects of the App, and finally provide recommendations for making the App more efficient and user-friendly. All this was achieved by following various User Testing methodologies from on-site interviews and observations to calculating efficiency and user satisfaction.
