Responsibilities :• Coordinate with Team leads and understand the job description given by the client • Utilize various sources to identify potential candidates, like career builder, Monster, Dice. Including social media (LinkedIn), online professional networks, and internal databases.• Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles• Identify the best-fit candidates for available positions based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the client company.• Create a skill matrix with candidate skills and experience so that HM is Easy to find out Right candidate • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.• Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and updates.• Keep candidate and client databases up to date and organized for efficient tracking and communication.• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients with coordinating with leads.• Provide guidance and preparation tips to candidates.• Verify selected candidate references and conduct background checks as needed.• Negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms with candidate.• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.• Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment.
