Accomplished postdoctoral research fellow in chemical science with a successful track record in wide range of research areas such as developing high quality colloidally stable bio-compatible inorganic nanocrystals, engineering the surface of the nanocrystals, and optimizing the conditions for new-efficient-easy to perform bio-conjugation techniques, synthesizing polymers with improved mechanical & thermal properties, and designing peptides/pseudopeptides having biological importance.- In-depth knowledge and experience on surface-engineering of semiconductor, metallic and magnetic nanocrystals, synthesis and characterization of polymers using general as well as advanced techniques. - Lab experience with a hands-on approach in designing/developing protocols and setup experiments.- Experienced in leading team/group members working on different project in a research group, collaborating with multidisciplinary team including bio-, organic- and physical chemistry. - Self-motivated, responsive and proactive.- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
