Worked with AIESEC International on piloting AIESEC's Leadership Development Model, which involved,1. Research on the short comings of the current Leadership Development Assessment2. Research on how the new model could look like3. Creating and Piloting a new Leadership Development Assessment that helps the organisation to track if members are actually developing as Leaders.

1. Handling all the digital platforms of AIESEC in India on a national level. Generated 700 organic followers in 2 months on Instagram and 1.2k organic followers on LinkedIn. Started AIESEC in India’s first Newsletter.2. Helped the team create market research frameworks, worked on the updation of the AIESEC India website and also helped in the creation of the brand survey.

- Consulting 6 Local Chapters of AIESEC in India for Marketing activities- Helped the chapters engage their membership better and form stronger University Relations- Helped set up a stronger base for their marketing departments

- Grew the follower count of AIESEC in India's official Instagram page from 21k to 22k within 6 months.- Managed a team of 6 diverse individuals.- Curated 24+ posts in the six months and ran 4 campaigns.
