Senior Instructional Designer
CurrentManage global learning and development initiatives and projects. Includes leading, planning, communicating, managing, and evaluating scope, resources, and time parameters to achieve desired results. Research internal and external instructional design and learning technology trends, tools, and practices, and develops and implements a strategy for building awareness and adoption at FT where appropriate.Educates and advises others in BU and HRD on the subject matter and sustains an updated global repository for related tools and materials. Monitor reaction and impact measures, evaluate the solution's effectiveness, and implement changes as necessary.Mentor and provide occasional education and coaching on instructional design subject matter to others within or outside team.
