Assist local governments with classification and compensation, staffing, and productivity studies. I have served on more than 300+ projects in 36 states and enjoyed every minute of the work.

Served in some capacity with this institution since starting as a student worker in the winter of 1988. Roles included an Adjunct Faculty appointment. My work involved classification and compensation studies, productivity studies, establishing performance management systems, analyzing organizational structures, reviewing staffing and succession planning requirements, and calculating indirect cost rates. I assisted or led over 300 separate projects for local and state agencies throughout Georgia. I serve as an on call consultant.

InsiderAdvantage acquired my company - GovernmentBids.com. I later served on the Board and as President until the sale of GovernmentBids.com to publicly traded Mediagrif Inc at which time I left to serve as a consultant to Mediagrif for two years.

Created this idea on the back of a napkin with my business partner Mike Mahathirath then we grew it to a successful sale, not once but twice. Long story.

Us

Enjoyed every minute of my work with GMA where I served local governments with finance and tax policy work. I represented their policy before the U.S. congress and Georgia General Assembly. During my tenure, I had the privilege of serving on the commissioner's advisory board for both the Georgia Department of Revenue and the Georgia Department of Labor. I also earned a certificate from Georgia Tech's Economic Development program and graduated from both Leadership DeKalb and the Robert E. Knox, Jr. Municipal Leadership Institute. I am one lucky guy to have served this great organization.
