Promote employee engagement and retention through effective HR Best practice programs. HR Policies - Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices and employment laws. Employee Relations - Managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement. Talent Development & Deployment - Facilitate in identifying, nurturing and deploying talent effectively. Partner with the Business Heads and Talent and L&D team to build people capability. Compensation & Bench marking - Maintaining a compensation plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions, recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
