As opposed to retreats, I design and facilitate Advance sessions helping leaders chart the future for their community. I have over 25 competency-based workshops. I've worked with a number of cities and counties delivering in person (and soon online through the Mejorando Learning Network) learning workshops to equip their employees with the skills and capabilities required in their role as leaders and managers.
