In charge of growing and managing the wholesale channel for SUPER73 across the Benelux, UK, DACH region, and the Middle East. I focused on building strong partnerships and expanding the brand’s presence in each market.I developed tailored sales strategies for each region, made sure we hit our goals, and worked closely with distributors and retailers to make sure their product line up was a perfect fit for their customers. I was also responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers and staying ahead of market trends to ensure our success.

During my time as Operations Coordinator at oBike's Netherlands office, I gained valuable experience working closely with the team in Asia and navigating various challenges. In this role, I was responsible for:- Managing daily operations to ensure smooth transactions and compliance with processes and regulations.- Overseeing vendor relationships and logistics, including inventory management, warehousing, and import/export operations.- Streamlining supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Collaborating with the Country Manager to build and support the Operations team.- Contributing to revenue growth and ridership through strategic initiatives.This role helped me strengthen my skills in operations management, cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, and team leadership.
