Two-year post-graduate designer’s program;Year 1: Advanced process design courses and interactive workshops presented by industry specialists.- Process Design project: Sorption Enhanced DME Synthesis (SEDMES): A new sustainable DME production route using low-concentration CO2 in mixed gas streams.- Product Design project: Protein-rich product for sporters: Design of innovative sports drink with soy protein isolate (SPI) and CBD oil.Year 2: Individual design project - "IH² (Integrated Hydropyrolysis and Hydroconversion) technology: Biomass to transportation fuels using the continuous catalytic thermochemical process" for Shell PLC.

I was promoted to the Production-Technical Department due to demonstrated responsibility and dedication.- Involved in production planning and preparation of monthly H&MB to monitor feedstock distribution, products, and loss.- Tasked to optimize the monthly amount of used chemicals in the Ammonia and Urea production site and UTOS.- Collaborate with the other departments towards plant optimization resulting in the saving of ~12% NG feedstock.

I started as a Site Process Engineer of the Ammonia and Urea Production Site and participated in the plant start-up.- Responsible for daily collaboration with the plant's EPC contractor to monitor performance test outcomes and facilitate the handover process.- Technical data gathering, and investigation of the performance of main process equipment.- Revise ammonia and urea sites of the plant’s technical documentation PFD/UFD, P&ID, and OPM.- Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of equipment failures and shutdown.- Trained about melt and granulation units of urea production by Licensor company - Stamicarbon B.V.
