A developmental role, with expectation that I will progress my technical and professional skills and study towards a professional qualification in line with an established succession plan. Initially the key aspects will be to provide support to the Senior Management Accountant with a variety of accounting tasks - including preparation of management accounts, reconciliations and analysis, journal input, and some general administration. During quieter periods, I will provide additional support to a variety of stakeholders within the wider team. Ongoing study support and on-the-job training, will allow me to take on additional responsibilities to increase my skillset and develop my career.
