I am presently associated with Capgemini as Manager.Please find the Roles and Responsibilities : • Managing a team of EUC technicians and administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support• Creating and maintaining a positive team culture and fostering teamwork and collaboration• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members• Identifying training needs and providing training opportunities to team members• Managing the transition of EUC services to new technologies or vendors, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope, and developing project plans and timelines• Developing and implementing transition plans, including communication plans, training plans, and change management plans• Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget• Managing the day-to-day activities of the EUC team, including prioritizing, and assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing support as needed• Ensuring that all team members are following established policies and procedures and meeting SLA and KPI targets• Conducting regular team meetings to ensure alignment and provide updates on team and organizational goals• Ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools and resources to perform their job duties effectively• Establishing and tracking SLA and KPI metrics for the EUC team, including metrics related to incident resolution, service requests, and end-user satisfaction• Ensuring that the team is meeting or exceeding established SLA and KPI targets• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency• Communicating SLA and KPI performance to stakeholders and making recommendations for improvement as needed.Thanking you,S.L.
