1. Single point of contact between Customer and Engineering team for all scope, layoutfeasibility and technical discussion.2. Preparation of Project Schedule covering entire scope and within defined timelines.3. Coordinate with various departments like Engineering, Sales, Purchase, Productionand Quality departments to ensure smooth execution of project activities.4. Issuing Work Orders to site contractors, Bill Certifications and client billing.5. Coordination and communication with the client and inter departments for documents.6. Update client about manufacturing status and dispatch process.7. Monitoring project progress by frequent internal review meetings and updatingproject plan vs actual.8. Releasing inspection call with vendors for various manufacturing & Bought-out items.

1. Preparation of piping layout and isometric drawings as per P&ID.2. Review and check document/drawing received from supplier.3. Conduct progress review meeting and inspection call with vendors.4. Coordination and communication with the client.5. Documenting and following up for on important actions and decisions from meetings.6. Releasing Purchase order and having follow up with suppliers.7. Visiting vendor facility to check ready material and to test functionality of the same.8. Ensuring ready material is as per approved drawing/documents and quality is not compromised for the same.
