My responsibilities are Managing Team, Onboarding,Planning of Projects and Execution, Objection Handling .I am responsible for maintaining & sustaining long term relationship with every on-boarded Clients with the help of my team.Main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships overtime. Revenue generation through existing clients by giving them excellent service. If we found any Bug in Application we take it to Tech team and get it sorted.
