• Department development activities as part of heading Process Department and guidance to the engineers.Major projects dealt:• GIMBOA FPSO PHASE–2 GAS COMPRESSION UPGRADE: Pre FEED process activities for Gimboa FPSO modifications. \Gas lift rate from 20 MMSCFD to 52 MMCFMD by adding new compression trains, gas dehydration module.• GASCO SALES GAS PIPELINE FEED: Process activities related to FEED and EPC package preparation for GASCO Sales Gas Pipeline of 52” diameter & 108 km length from Habshan to Takreer and 48” diameter pipeline to Schuwaeihat area.• LIVORNO FSRU: Existing LNG carrier converted to LNG FSRU, designed by Saipem, Milan. Guided the process team in resolving various process related issues during detailed engineering.• VITORIA FPSO MODIFICATION STUDY: Guiding the process team in the preparation of study report for the modifications in the top side modules due to increased produced water flow from 8,000sm3/day to 12,000sm3/day.• TAKREER FGRU FEED & EPC PACKAGE PREPARATION: Responsible as Process Engineering Manager for the preparation of FEED and EPC packages for installation of Flare Gas Recovery units in both refineries.B) Major Proposals:SAUDI ARAMCO, ARABIAH AND HASBAH FIELD DEV PROJECT: Feed Endorsement during proposal. This project involves development of offshore facilities to produce about 1700 MMSCFD gas from Hasbah and Arabiyah fields with the installation of 13 well head platforms, tie-in platforms, pipelines and associated facilities.• ABU DHABI OIL REFINERY, TAKREER IQI PROJECT: FEED endorsement during proposal on improvement of feed stream composition to Isomerisation unit• ADCO ABU DHABI, QUSAHWIRA FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: Feed Endorsement during proposal for RDS and CDS facilities.• ZADCO UZGTP FEED ENDORSEMENT DURING PROPOSAL: FEED design endorsement of upgrading current surface facilities from 138 MMSCFD to 230 MMSCFD• IGD PROJECT OF ADGAS, UAE : 900 MMSCFD Gas Compression FEED endorsement

Major projects dealt:OAG PROJECT – ADGAS, UAE (from Jan 2007 – Aug 2008): Offshore Associated Project involves gas compression, dehydration, fuel gas treatment & associated facilities at Das Islands. Project cost 600+ million US $. As Process Manager, responsible for issue of all process design documents for detailed engineering, Hazop & SIL activities, VDR, review dynamic simulation studies and RAM study report. More than Twenty process engineers performed during peak period.RASGAS III (from July 2006 – Dec 2006): RasGas III involves setting up world’s largest trains 6&7 each with production capacity of 7.8MMPTA LNG. Technip Abu Dhabi involved in detailed engineering of some of the utility systems. Responsible in the detailed engineering of compressed air and nitrogen systems.

Major projects dealt:LEASED FPSO – PETROBRAS, BRAZIL (2004): FPSO topside design includes production and treatment of 16,000 cubic meters/day of crude oil, 3.5 million normal cubic meters/day of dehydrated gas at a pressure of 197 bar for gas lift and export, 22,000 m3/day of water for treatment and injection, 1.6 billion barrels oil storage and utilities. SAIPEM, Italy involved in the preparation of bid proposal. Responsible in the preparation of process documents such as process description, PFDs, P&IDs and equipment list at Saipem, Italy as a part of bid proposal.EPICHLOROHYDRIN (ECH) PROJECT – JANA, SAUDI ARABIA (Jan 2005-June 2006): ECH plant includes 30,000 TPA ECH production units along with Calcium Chloride (CCL) unit and Utilities and Offsite facilities. Project cost 175 million US$. Licensors for ECH units and CCL unit are M/s. Showa Engg Co., Japan and Messo, Germany. SIPS involved in detailed engineering activities and procurement services. As lead process engineer, responsible for review and updating of BEPs issued by licensors for detail engineering, basic design of utilities, offsite storage, pipelines for feed & product, effluent treatment, residual process engineering during detail engineering and Hazop activities. During peak design, twelve process engineers involved.

Performed at various positions during the tenure.Major projects dealt:MNW PLATFORM - ONGC, MUMBAI, INDIA (2001-2003): Scope involved additional train of process gas compressor (1.9 mmscmd), seawater lift pumps, seawater treatment, seawater injection pumps for 1600 cu m/hr and utilities. Project cost 167 million US$. As lead process engineer, responsible for the process design activities under EPCI. Fifteen process engineers performed during the peak period.CONFIGURATION STUDY & DFR FOR HPCL, VIZAKH, INDIA (2001-2002): Designed to process 7.5 mmtpa crude and produces the fuels meeting clean fuels specification. Configuration study conducted to improve the profitability while meeting the new Euro specifications for the fuels generated. Responsible for the preparation of feasibility study report and DFR. Responsible for the preparation of basic engineering packages/detailed engineering for the following:NC PLATFORM REVAMP - ONGC, MUMBAI, INDIA (2001): Existing production platform being operated in pressurized mode and modifications envisaged to meet the new conditions. KALOL-RAMOL PIPELINE - GAIL, INDIA (2001-2002): Service of the existing 8” pipeline between Kalol and Ramol transporting natural gas to be changed to transport re-gasified LNG. SULPHUR BLOCK – IOCL, PANIPAT, INDIA (2000-2001): Responsible for the preparation of process design packages for ARU of 450 m3/hr and SWS unit of 170 m3/hr. REAVMP OF 8.5 MMTPA to11 MMTPA CRUDE DISTILLATION UNIT, IOCL MATHURA, INDIA VREP-II – HPCL, VIZAKH, INDIA: 3 MMTPA CDU/VDU, 0.95 MMTPA FCCU, 1 MMTPA VBU and matching LPG amine treater, LPG/gasoline Merox units, sulfur recovery unit and associated utilities & offsite facilities. 1.32 MMSCMD NATURAL GAS PIPELINE TRANSPORT FOR APGPCL, INDIA:gas supply from present 0.5 mmscmd to 1.32 mmscmd: Study and FEED preparationSPHERES STORAGE – HPCL, VIZAKH, INDIA 30000 TPA MTBE UNIT BPCL, MUMBAI, INDIA 18 TPD SULPHUR RECOVERY UNIT- KRL, KOCHI, INDIA
