    As a founder, it was my first tech-startup. We built a B2B networking platform (mobile app). In the journey we raised 2 rounds of funding. Research and requirement analysis: From engaging with end users for understanding their need to building a strong product strategy to serve the needs.2. Leading the product development: Laying down the foundation of all functionalities, finalizing the tech structure, SLCD and everything for making a great product.3. Analysis and improvements: Analysis of all the features, performance and tech-conflicts to make sure the product keeps delivering flaw-lessly.4. Leading the product adoption: Creating GTM with marketing heads, building funnels on digital platforms for user acquisition etc.Overall, here I learned a lot of lessons. Saw all stages of a startup. Got introduced to top management personnels of big organisations. Key Take-away:In order to succeed in new age market, you have to create opportunities for everyone in the ecosystem. If you do that successfully, then you will always find your business growing at higher rate. Clarity is power. When you are clear about what you are selling, then you are 50% through the sales cycle.
