- Led the Knowledge Graph product in Flipkart as part of a secondment; Closely worked with data scientists, engineers and partner product teams- Defined long-term strategy, worked on the building blocks of the Enterprise Knowledge Graph and specifically on two use-cases for improving search and recommendations in the shopping funnel through semantic understanding of products

- Headed SuperCoins on Flipkart managing a marketing budget of XXX M$- Designed and launched multiple coin earn and burn programs collaborating with product teams across pricing, shopping experience, marketplace and retention- Worked closely with sellers and category heads to establish SuperCoins as a top value lever in Flipkart and winning their sponsorhips to augment program's budget by >3x

- Headed Flipkart's loyalty program, Flipkart Plus and scaled it to ~3x with introduction of ML based high potential customer identification and innovations like trial memberships- Launched multiple value levers like differential pricing, monthly incentives etc. to shape customer behaviour- Worked with stakeholders across the org. to explore and enable better experience across delivery, customer support and user experience improving overall R-NPS of Plus members

- Part of the founding team of Flipkart’s loyalty program, Flipkart Plus; contributed in the program design and user experience- Built the third party ecosystem for the Plus program closing partnerships with Google, Hotstar, MakeMyTrip, BookMyShow, Jet Airways etc. enabling over XXM$ value for customers at 1/3rd the cost- Led category marketing ensuring right branding and visibility of the program and its constructs on Flipkart properties
