- Used demographic data from historic records to identify areas with highest-paying customers. Used clustering analysis to cluster customers by payment amount and area code. Presented findings to the marketing department for them to focus their efforts on these areas.- Conducted NPV analysis for potential real estate projects in accordance with forecasted macroeconomic variables, various discount rates, and census data on income growth; found NPV of INR 200,000 and INR 50,000,00 for two large rental projects that were later approved.

- Built a financial model on excel for an online automated consumer-lending business with detailed cash flows, expenses, income statement, loan economics and loan growth.- Used model to project future revenues, growth and costs for an upcoming lending business with 5 different debt and equity scenarios.- Presented findings, loan-growth projections and profit projections over a 60-month period to senior executives for their decision making process.

- Worked on a simulated stock portfolio that included 15 major stocks from the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) with a total return of 156% over 5 years.- Learned and used DCF, CAPM models on excel to predict future stock performance and analyze historical data for stock portfolio.
