• Being a part of NGPE-Program team, delivering an increment using Agile Software Development Process, working in conjunction with end users and delivery team. • Initial phase of implementation using SAFE Agile to deliver business objective.• Coordinating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning. • Responsible for ensuring SAFe is understood and the team adheres to SAFe practice, and guideline Coaches the team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.• Handling a cross-functional team consisting of Architects, Developers, QA, functional consultants, multiple-vendors & Business Owners. • Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use SAFe practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

• Handling of Software Development Projects.• Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective.• Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work.• Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance.• Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program.• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow.• Assist the team with implementing effective agile disciplinary practices.• Competitive analysis of the product and support to sales team for onboarding of new clients.

• Review and optimize client sites to improve keyword targeting URL strategies, website architecture, and content.• Analyze and audit clients’ websites to address performance issues.
