Roles & Responsibilities :-1. To do 5’s of machine shop & monitoring the daily basis machine check-points2. To do preventive maintenance of machine as per Schedule & achieve zero-BAD3. To handle the shift-wise b/d of machines & eliminate the equipment failure causes.4. To do types of maintenance of machines & parts as per schedule like as cm, pm & Tpm5. To do maintenance work of hydraulic system, hydraulic cylinders, supply line & valves6. To do maintenance work of pneumatic system, pneumatic cylinder, supply line & valves7. To maintain the maintenance log-book & records of maintenance work8. To make & maintain the KPI records of maint. work like as mtbf, mttr9. To maintain man-power and it’s planning & Execution work & work permits10.To do Spare-parts planning & controls with our team-met & superior’s
