• Study and document the process of how the responsibility matrix is defined in BBM• Use expert interviews to learn about the public and hidden agenda of this process• Describe process of: Matrix creation, filling, update, on boarding and off boarding accordingly• Study the concept and impact of Validity of Parameter Values and Roles on the Matrix status• If possible derive KPIs or measures which could serve as a health index of the Matrix status• Identify process gaps and derive measures to overcome those gaps• Use Business Intelligence tools like Power BI Dashboards monitor matrix status• Derive development proposals to overcome process gaps in the PLM Process / SAP Applications• Focus of all this is BBM, but DIVISION CC should be used as a smaller scale environment

• Insights into current strategic topics in e-mobility, for example drive technologies - from battery electric vehicles to fuel cell vehicles, charging infrastructure, battery technologies.• Support in the current projects of the product and technology strategy• Independent analysis and evaluation of trends, competition and technologies• Support in the design and implementation of top management workshops• Preparation of decision and briefing documents

• Responsible for Technical Publications of New as well as Existing models.• Preparation of Global Service Training manuals for Service Technicians.• Update detailed Vehicle diagnosis and Maintenance chart for Dealership Technicians.• Support for analyzing and finding engineering solution for warranty failure parts.• Settle warranty claims from Distributor & Dealership end via SAP-ERP Software.• Debit warranty failed-part expense from Vendor companies via SAP-ERP Software. • Conduct Alpha, Beta Audit on new models for quality improvement.• Responsible for spare logistics support towards Distributor & Dealership management
