For California, Capitol Enquiry also publishes information on key people in Local Governments and in State Agencies.My mother, Ruth Cory Pritchard, started Capitol Enquiry in 1973, publishing the Pocket Directory of the California Legislature. In 1989 my wife, Michele Merin, started Capitol Info and began publishing similar directories for New York and Ohio. Both businesses are now part of Capitol Directories.In 2007 Capitol Enquiry launched GovBuddy.com the online version of its popular Pocket Directory of the California Legislature. GovBuddy is now available for New York State as well as California, and it has grown to include much more information.
