As part of the SAP North American Chief Innovation Office, I served as a business development strategist for SAP's State/Local Government and Education practice. I worked with C-level executives and leadership in marketing, sales, government relations, and partners to bring a cohesive strategy to SAP customers to help drive change through best in class technology and industry experience.

As Director of Special Projects, I worked with Mainstreet's C-level executives to bring new ideas to life, gleam insights from data to enable better decision making, and develop a government relations strategy to navigate barriers when innovating in a highly regulated space - healthcare. I was responsible for creating and leading the analytics division at Mainstreet to support business processes, identify areas of improvement, and automate market research.

As Indiana's first Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence, I was charged with making data-driven government a reality. I had to privilege of drafting Executive Order 14-06 establishing the Management Performance Hub. I worked with the Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer to establish key strategic priorities: creation of the first MPH website, automation of key performance indicators for Cabinet agencies, building an innovation center under Governor's Office and utilizing advanced analytics to tackle complex problems like infant mortality, recidivism, and opioids. Much of my time was dedicated to building a culture of innovation and change, gaining buy-in and working with counsel to establish data sharing agreements across agencies.

• Researched and prepared memos for Governor, OMB Director, and Deputy Chief of Staff on career and technical education, technology, and family services • Prepared operational plans for mid to long term projects for OMB Director, Budget Director, and Deputy Chief of Staff• Inventoried and coordinated correspondence on all regulatory moratorium requests and proposed rules on behalf of the State Budget Agency• Managed daily schedule and completed administrative tasks for OMB Director, Deputy Chief of Staff, and Budget Director• Revamped boards and commissions processes which included the creation of an automated application for over 1600 Governor appointments

As part of the Mike Pence for Indiana campaign, I coordinated policy development and worked with leaders across the State on developing white papers and policy proposals to continue Indiana's amazing progress.

My passion for managing people started in college as a Staff Resident. I managed 18 Resident Assistants who were responsible for building an inclusive culture, planning programming and ensuring safety for 900+ students.
