• Manage and lead the project team - EPC, O&M• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors engaged in the project• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation• Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan• Record and manage project issues and escalate where necessary• Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level• Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary• Monitor project progress and performance and provide progress updates to all stakeholders• Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities• Work closely with clients to ensure the project meets business needs• Take ownership of the successful implementation of the projects• Provide support to the business development team for new business opportunities• Provide support in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing new internal and external resources
