I am a recent graduate with an MSc in Data Analytics and Bio AI from Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology. I have developed strong knowledge in bioinformatics, genome sequence analysis, Data analysis, Python and machine learning. I have also gained expertise in utilizing computational tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from biological data. My final year project focused on identifying differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with Fibromyalgia and exploring their relation to pain targets of the disease through genome sequence analysis. This project refined my analytical abilities and enhanced my experience with various bioinformatics tools.
