I’m responsible for teaching and guiding students in the field of business. This role involves presenting lectures, providing guidance and feedback to students, creating and updating course materials, and facilitating student discussion and activities. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable, articulate, and passionate about business and teaching.Responsibilities: • Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and other teaching materials for students.• Create and update course materials, including syllabi, tests, assignments, and visual aids.• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback on assignments and tests.• Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and support.• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.• Maintain a professional and approachable classroom environment.• Stay up-to-date with developments in the business field.• Research and develop new course materials

• Diligently dealing with potential candidates to proceed with recruitment and admissions• Communicating with diverse groups of students from Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa while facilitating smooth interaction during the entire application process.• Preparing resource materials for recruitment programs while analysing trends in recruitment and retention programs and creating a database of prospective students and current students.
