Boeing 737 Keel Beam Truss Web DJ • Extracted required technical data from the client's 2D drawings and Bill of Materials to fully understand the requirements before progressing to the concept design stage. • Worked with design engineers to design drill jigs (applicable for projects 2, 3 and 4) from the preliminary design stage until the critical design stage using CATIA V5 based on design characteristics and lean manufacturing principles such as poka-yoke. • Created 2D drawings such as assembly and detail drawings while implementing GD&T based on ASME Y14.5 standard.• Consulted with manufacturing and process engineers from the client side on technical details and improvement solutions through online and on-site meetings.

• Presented opening and closing presidential speeches during official physical and virtual meetings.• Conducted official exco meetings to discuss meeting post-mortem and prepare a theme for the next meeting.• Oversee the club’s social engagement, membership, and finance status by liaising with the Vice President of Membership, Publics Relations, and Treasurer.

Assigned under the composite division for an (Airbus A350 Ribs Robot-Assisted Edge Sealing) project• Designed, optimized and 3D printed 2 end effectors for 2 different sealant dispensing systems from conceptual to prototype stage with reference to UR10 tool flange drawings using SolidWorks and CURA.• Designed and 3D printed custom nozzle for sealant dispensing process in accordance with AIPS.• Assisted in preparing the Design of Experiment for pneumatic dispensing system to conduct test on sealant behavior.• Programmed and simulated a robot trajectory for an underwing panel using RoboDK.• Programmed and tested the end effector with 4 simple trajectories on a flat panel using a UR10 robot.

• Planned and executed up to 10+ minor and major events such as competitions, workshops, and industrial talks which resulted in a 48% increase in membership.• Oversee the running of the event and prepare an event report for the club.• Collaborated with cross functional teams such as marketing, technical and secretarial teams to ensure events are executed smoothly.
