 To analyze the Order Backlog and prepare the Quarterly Sales and Production plan as per the CDD. To prepare the 3 months Material requirement Plan and release the Purchase requisition for Procurement. To prepare the Sub contract machining plan based on the In-House machining capacity. To Control the Inventory for the WIP and FG. To liquidate the free inventory and allocate to the new requirement. To ensure the BOM, Design and other special requirements being captured to that of the customer TDC. To prepare and create routing for new material codes in SAP. To Run the MRP on daily basis to get the actual material shortages and follow with purchase department. To provide the Weekly load sheet for utilizing the In-House capacity and to analyze the output trend and efficiency. To Convert the planned orders to production orders and release the same for production for manufacturing. To Prepare the Monthly and quarterly management reports for Business performance review.

 To prepare monthly production plan based on Customer committed dates, assembly capacity and Materials inflow. Contributing in developing Item specific strategy to achieve our targets. Responsible for Excess Stock controlling and Safety Stock fixation for all long lead Materials, So as to achieve the short lead time delivery.  To identify the reasons which affect the delivery and resolve those issues in advance To prepare Third Party Inspection Plan for the current month based on Inspection details provided by sales team. Coordinate with purchase team and stores team to make changes in Engineering Change Order components. Responsible for Monthly and Weekly meeting with Purchase , Production and valve assembly Team under the topics of Master Production Plan ,Next three month order status, Material shortages, Issues and action plan, Third Party Inspection Details, Shipment Plan etc. Valve spare orders (domestic, free export, replacement) are followed and the materials are followed, packed and shipped.  To prepare Weekly shipment plan at the beginning of every month based on the material flow, special requirements and TPI.  To follow WIP status in assembly for ensuring the completion of valves on time for achieving the OTD. Supervising 5 fitters for converting the completed valves to Finished Goods and offering to internal QC/TPI for quality acceptance. Providing solutions for packing the valves and supervising the packing team of 15 carpenters. Generating Packing list through ERP for invoicing and advising to the Accounts Dept. Running the MIS reports in ERP to check the monthly and yearly revenues.  Communicating with our logistics dept for the arrival of container vessels on daily basis and loading the packed valves, ensuring all the shipping marks in boxes, fumigation etc.
