Roles and Responsibility:➢ Continuous improvements & new technologies implementation.➢ We working together with Design and Industrial teams to address process and design issues.➢ Conducted daily morning meetings with team to identify and resolve shop floor issues.➢ 3M analysis (Muda, Mura & Muri)➢ Project review based on the Production planning.➢ Procuring new tools and device for production.➢ Creating & updating the operating standards.➢ Responsible for all reworks & special project ➢ Responsible for giving on job training for workers to increase the efficiency & competence of working class and educating the workers about PWI (Process Work Instruction) & SOP (Standard operating Procedure) to maintain quality of product➢ Responsible for achieving all the KPI’s of the department -productivity (WFU), 5S, On Time Delivery, Quality, Cost of NC’s➢ Routing time verification as per the production orders➢ Shop Floor Safety precaution educating to operators➢ Quality cost report making ➢ WMS deployment cost-saving project➢ Quality Matrix project ➢ Pillar Improvement –(AM, WO , SAF, PM)➢ Man Power handling Previous position: Foreman – Press Shop & Core Assembly section (stator & rotor Lamination manufacturing). Main Responsibilities: ➢ Process analysis and establishment. ➢ Based on the planning load sheet implemented for each shift. ➢ Worker’s efficiency monitoring every shift and reporting to Managers. ➢ Based on the requirement tools & devices to be arranged. ➢ Fixture / Devices design and Implementation. ➢ Troubleshooting of process (Manufacturing Process). ➢ Project Evaluation for manufacturing feasibility. ➢ Continuous Improvements in manufacturing process-in process, quality, safety & cost saving ➢ Establishing safe work environment in compliance with standards. ➢ Layout planning- Manufacturing. Other responsibilities: ➢ Help chain /ICU related work for shop floor support.

Press shop:➢ First off approval and Final approval of the press shop stampings➢ Rejection and rework analyze➢ In-ward material inspectionCore assembly:➢ Final approval of Stator package, Complete Rotor, Exciter Stator/ Rotor➢ Notification creation and analyze.➢ Analyze of internal customer complaints and implementation of CAPA➢ RCA analysis➢ Loop test inspection.Fabrication:➢ In process and final inspection of Frame, welded shaft, cover frame, Base, Terminal box etc.➢ DP test doing all the welding components.➢ Process audit and customer complaint analysis and corrective action making for complaints

➢ Preparation of PPAP document for products.➢ Preparation of 8D reports.➢ Preparation of process flow for products.➢ Conducting Supplier Process Audit, In-house process Audit and analyzing.➢ Failure analysis like a customer end field failure, process failure (FMEA).➢ Basic knowledge in NDT.➢ Experienced in different kinds of mechanical testing.➢ Experienced in all kinds of inspection (Receiving inspection, periodical and final inspection.➢ Handling customer complaints.➢ Good understanding knowledge in documentation towards quality and design department.➢ 5S Activity

Analyzing the customers design proposals and building the prototype using the design software like AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS➢ Good understanding/knowledge in measuring devices like Universal testing machine, Hardness tester, Profile projector, Spectrometer etc➢ Preparation of work procedures➢ Preparation of material test certificates. ➢ Handling customer complaints➢ Controlling the production activities and maintenance➢ Good understanding/knowledge in reading and verifying Design and Drawings➢ Experienced in all kinds of inspection (Receiving inspection, periodical and final inspection of high tensile fasteners)
