It Service Desk Technician
Current- Initial point of contact for end-user inquiries, handling phone calls and tickets directed to IT helpdesk.
- Responsible for Microsoft Office 365, Teams and supported for Ricoh printer implementations.
- Manage administration tasks in active directory, exchange on prem, exchange online and O365.
- Mailbox management and maintaining folder and file permissions for network shared drives.
- Administer Cisco IP phones with CUCM and manage CUACA directory with LDAP Sync.
- Evaluate & install user-required software, configure the software, learn new software implementations.
