Working for “StarHub Cable Vision” which is one of the largest Telecommunication in Singapore Country. Booking broadcasting charges on monthly basis with referred by content agreement and broadcasting schedule. Booking monthly allocation journal of Accrual, Prepayment Amortization, WHT, Currency Exchange different, on standard, manual & recurring period journal basis by content agreement. Preparations of channel subscribers report on monthly basis and calculate provision based on number of channel subscribers and provide the accrual. Calculation of actual subscriber’s report on monthly basis and forwarded the same file to Payment team to settle the amount to vendor and reverse accrual and clear the open item. Preparation of prepayment amortization journal on monthly basis based on number episodes broadcasted for programs on each TV. Creation of recurring journal for license and technical fee for particular accounting period based on content agreement. Review the monthly reconciliation of Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for Costing, Accrual & Prepayment Amortization, WHT and matched with Trial Balance and preparing adjustment journal if any discrepancy in reconciliation. Preparing monthly reconciliation for broadcasting charges booked and matched with program schedule telecasted in channel and closed month end activities on timeline.

 Preparation of fortnightly Bank Reconciliation Statement. Preparation of Inter unit Reconciliation. Accounts Receivables/ payable management. Preparation of Journal vouchers and cheques on daily basis. Preparation of various reports for Management Information System (MIS). Maintain of financial records.
