In my daily job routine, I serve as a pivotal figure in training US partners, overseeing the approval and placement of trades, and managing the reconciliation process upon trade completion. My role extends to advising the upstream team and clients on funds requiring special attention, as well as taking corrective actions for trades that require alteration. I excel in coordinating with various teams to offer solutions and resolve issues, showcasing my leadership skills in project management from concept to completion. Additionally, I am accountable for generating and disseminating daily reports to higher management, ensuring transparent communication and accountability throughout the workflow.
