- Monitoring safety and assessing risk levels, mitigation strategies at terminal worksites.- Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident- Root cause analysis for finding the best way to prevent future accidents- Conducting accident/incident investigations, participating in Joint Venture audits and collecting data and information to maximize workplace safety.- Collaborating with contract management and optimizing procedures to work at our sites binding with all local regulations.- Developing task based risk assessment and various work permits and its associated certificates.- Inspecting all contractors' equipment and ensure its compliance to HSE regulations also evaluating and approving contractors risk assessment for specific works.- Assessing compliance of permit usage for various works and adequate measures to be taken in case of non-compliance like additional training etc.,- Conducting safety inductions/training to peers, hires and visitors of site.- Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations.- Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations- Preparing and maintaining KPI reports and analytical reports of safety data.- Providing continuous education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques- Determining whether the finished product is safe for customers- Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes- Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site.

- Planning and execution of vessel operation as per the standard operating procedure.- Preparing Export/Import documents and submitting timely to the concerned parties, customs for clearance.- Executing all operations in the terminal like vessel loading and receipts, inter-terminal transfers, Bridger’s loading etc.,- Following up with the maintenance work through PTW system- Ensuring the compliance of SSW during operations- Co-planning the operational plan to meet the Dubai Airport supply demand.- Assisting operations team in all internal and external audits by JV partners and JIG- Coordinating with port control for smooth vessel/ship movement.- Being a first line of communication for all field activity, vendors and clients.- Training and supporting new hires for the operation process.- Maintaining quality of the aviation fuel as per JIG and DEFSTAN standards.
