RCEG is primarily a student run organization and it is we, the students who aim to help, empower and enlighten the society that has shaped us working with a precise goal "Learn Share Celebrate", we extend our help to the society in every possible way and lend a voice to the voiceless. RCEG is also a platform for developing leadership and personality of the students as we actively work towards realizing that goal through a number of events such as career guidance programs, charity events, competitions and brainstorming sessions throughout the year.

In my role as a Marketing and Event Volunteer at Anna University Student Entrepreneurship Club, I spearheaded the marketing efforts for ENANTRA-2020, resulting in a record-breaking turnout of Engineering and B-school students. Additionally, I honed my leadership skills and gained valuable experience in event management through hands-on involvement in workshops and talk shows. • Developed and executed innovative marketing strategies to increase student participation• Enhanced communication skills through effective collaboration with team members• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities in organizing and managing various event activities
