- 6+ years of professional experience in software development in analysis, design, development and testing with wide range of technical experience in web technologies and voice-based systems.- Extensive experience in Routing and Reporting - ORS,URS, Composer(GUI), Stat Server.- Good knowledge of Genesys Framework, Switches, EServices, Genesys Voice Portal (GVP), and Interactive Voice Response(IVR).- Experience in VoiceXML, Java, Webservice, Javascript, and MySQL.- Experience with custom reports using Voice Application Reporting (VAR).- Experience in Creation of Skills, Agent Group, VQs, Pulse Reporting, Zoom Call Recording and Routing Parameter, WDE Permission.- Actively involved in the Analysis, Design, Development, and implementation of a call flow of various customers.- Attend meetings with customers.- Experience in testing and debugging software applications.- Ability to work well in both team environment and individual environment.- Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, technical and communication skills- Quick learner with an ability to rapidly achieve organizational integration, assimilate job requirements and implement new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies.- Worked on different OS like, linux, Windows XP, Windows 2000.
